Multi Business support

TopSaler allows you to manage multiple shops(businesses) independently. This is done by registering your main business as Head Office and other ones as Branches. When you register your business as a Branch, you'll be asked for the id of your Head Office

Expenses Tracking

Record & track all expenses incurred in the running of your business. This records equally reflects in Account.

Stock-Out products

This feature automatically tracks products that are out of stock. It equally computes the total number of stock-out products and gives prompt notification.

Sales Analysis

Tracks sales count of each product in a given period and generate report of product performance in descending order.

Debt List

Automatically tracks sales purchased on credit keep record of the debtors.

Users/Role Management

Allows system admin to register and manage users. Also grant or revoke certain user permissions.

UDO (Used/Damaged/Other) List

Allow users to record Internally Used, Damaged & Other products that were not sold. This section also account for accurate stock-taking and inventory report.

Expiring Products

Automatically checks products expiring date and notify base on set period for notification.

Day & Night Theme

Supports Day and Night mode display which can be toggled from Settings or Title bar
